This policy applies to www.stmlink.com and its online demos, operated by Hangzhou Freewind Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). We collect only what we need to provide these services and handle it as described below.
1. Information we collect
Information you submit: when you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, contact details (phone or email) and the description of your needs.
Audio in the online demo: if you try the AI voice demo and allow microphone access, your voice is streamed in real time to the demo service, which uses speech recognition, language model and speech synthesis providers to generate replies. We do not keep your audio for any other purpose after the session ends.
Automatically collected information: our servers keep access logs (such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type) to operate and secure the site. A cookie named srtc_lang remembers your language choice; it is not used for tracking or advertising.
2. How we use it
Contact form data is used only to follow up on trials, solutions and business inquiries; demo audio only to generate replies in real time; access logs only for operations, security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated purposes.
3. Sharing and processors
We share personal information only: with the speech and AI model providers that power the online demo, in real time; with the internal messaging tool we use to route inquiries to our team; or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Information is stored in the People’s Republic of China and protected with encryption in transit and access controls. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
5. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@seastart.cn. We will respond within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
6. Self-hosted products
SRTC and STMLink systems deployed by customers run on the customer’s own servers. Audio, video, recordings and user data in those systems are controlled by the customer and are never sent to us; the customer’s own privacy policy applies.
7. Children
This website is intended for businesses and developers and is not directed at children under 14.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and significant changes will be highlighted.
