Emergency Command
One video platform for every device in the field
For emergency management, public safety and transport agencies: bring CCTV, body-worn cameras, SIP phones, legacy room systems and software clients into a single real-time platform, then drive it from your dispatch system through open APIs. Fully self-hosted.
Challenges
What we deliver
Field device ingest
GB28181 / RTSP cameras, body-worn and portable units join through the device gateway.
Unified communications
SIP phones and SIP / H.323 room systems share the same session with desktop, mobile and browser users, with individual and group calls, broadcast, barge-in and forced release.
Multi-level command
Each level runs its own cluster; devices connect locally, local calls stay local, cross-level calls are bridged on demand.
Video wall & dispatch integration
Put many feeds on the video wall, linked to a GIS map; server APIs and SDKs let your dispatch platform admit, mute, remove and lay out participants.
Recording
Server-side recording of sessions and field feeds, stored on your infrastructure.
Secure by design
End-to-end encryption (TLS signaling, SRTP media), offline deployment inside your network, on x86 or ARM servers.

FAQ
Can field cameras join a command session directly?
Devices that speak GB28181 or RTSP join through the device gateway. Their video can then be subscribed, shown on the video wall and recorded like any participant.
How do we deploy across regional and local command centers?
Run an independent cluster at each level. Devices connect to their local cluster, so local sessions never consume uplink bandwidth and keep working even if the uplink goes down.
What happens on a very poor field connection?
The media layer lowers video bitrate and frame rate first, and drops video entirely if needed to keep audio flowing. Lost packets are retransmitted, and the server paces downlink traffic with audio on a priority lane.
